CAN YOU ENGRAVE OR PRINT MY LOGO?
Yes. We can engrave your logo, branding elements, signatures, or custom designs on most items we offer. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) provide the best results, but we can often work with high-resolution PNGs as well. If you’re unsure which file type you have, we can help convert or advise on the best option.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround varies depending on quantity and the items selected.
Timelines are quoted based on scope.
Rush options may be available depending on project type and current production volume.
DO YOU PROVIDE AN ARTWORK PROOF?
Yes. All corporate orders receive a digital proof before production begins.
We will only proceed once you approve the final layout, engraving placement, and design. Proofs are included at no additional cost.
CAN YOU SHIP DIRECTLY TO OUR CLIENTS?
Absolutely. We offer flexible delivery options, including:
Bulk shipment to your office

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and order volume.
DO YOU ACCEPT ITEMS THAT I ALREADY HAVE TO ENGRAVE OR PRINT ON?
We generally recommend selecting items directly through Joyful Studio AZ to ensure the highest engraving quality, consistency, and durability. All items in our catalog have been tested for optimal results.
If you're looking for something you don’t see on our site, we are happy to help source custom products that fit your branding, style, quantity needs, and budget. This is typically the safest and most efficient option for corporate or bulk projects.
While we may accept client-provided items in certain cases, the following is required for evaluation:
A clear photo of the product
Material type (wood, metal, leather, acrylic, etc.)
Desired placement and artwork
A minimum of 10% extra units as test/waste pieces to dial in laser settings and confirm compatibility
Client-provided items are engraved at the customer’s risk, and we are unable to replace or reimburse items we did not supply. If the material tests successfully, we’ll provide a custom quote and timeline.

Yes. We work with multiple vendors and can source products tailored to your aesthetic, brand, event, or gifting goals. Whether you need luxury boards, corporate-ready drinkware, holiday sets, or promotional items, we can curate options and present them for approval.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
