Because all Joyful Studio AZ items are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds on custom products.

That said, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If there is an issue with your order:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@joyfulstudioaz.com with your order number and photos of the issue.We will make it right if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The engraving or customization is incorrect due to our error

  • The product is defective

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect personalization submitted by the customer

  • Minor variations in wood grain, color, or natural material characteristics

  • Normal wear and tear

Natural Material Disclaimer
Many of our products are crafted from natural wood, which may include unique grain patterns, knots, or color variations. These characteristics are normal and part of the material’s beauty — not defects.

Personalization Disclaimer
We engrave exactly what is submitted on your order form. Please confirm spelling and capitalization before finalizing your order.

Non-Custom Items

If an item is NOT personalized, you may request a return within 14 days, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
